I am suggesting that all my Irish friends adopt Mexico as their side, and I don't just say that as some Mexican-Irish mutt over here across the Atlantic. Once you substitute the Tequila for Whiskey and tacos for Guinness, the cultural nuances all start to blend into what was I writing about?
